For an existing order, include your order reference and a description of the issue. Never send payment card details or security codes.

US pricing and delivery.

Custom engraving: $55.00 USD per card, including both sides, the digital essentials and free standard US shipping. Personalization takes 2 business days after payment and design approval; shipping transit time is additional. US orders are not open yet.

Full-color cards are coming soon and cannot be ordered yet. The US launch is pending. We are preparing two options: a pre-engraved standard design (price and stock to be confirmed) and a custom engraved card for $55.00 USD. The custom version takes 2 business days to prepare after payment and design approval; shipping transit time is additional. US orders are not open yet.

Defect claims.

Our prepared policy provides replacements or refunds for approved defects without a physical return. Read the warranty and refund policy. Do not mail a card before contacting support.
