Talk to usDoes the other person need an app?
No. Your profile opens in their phone's browser. From there, they can save your contact details, message you or open your links.
Is there a monthly fee?
Your digital profile, contact manager and basic insights are included with no monthly fee. Team features and integrations are quoted separately.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes, on phones with compatible NFC reading. If NFC isn't available or is turned off, they can scan the optional QR code. An internet connection is needed to open your profile.
Can I use my profile before the card arrives?
Yes. We can send you a setup link so you can start sharing your profile while your card is on its way. You can also register when it arrives using NFC or QR.
Can I update my details later?
Yes. Update your phone number, email, social accounts and links in the app. The engraving on the metal stays as you approved it.
Will I know who tapped my card?
You'll see profile visits. To identify someone and save their contact, they need to share their details with you. A download doesn't confirm that they saved your details to their contacts.
Can I see my design before you engrave it?
Yes. Create your design in the studio and review it with us before approving it. The preview is a reference; the finish can look different depending on the material and light.
How does US delivery work?
Send us your US ZIP code for a quote. We'll confirm availability, USD pricing, shipping costs and the estimated delivery time before you place an order.
